The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project are defined in a separate written agreement.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of KranqLabs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership of the custom deliverables as specified in the project agreement. KranqLabs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment and Refunds

Project pricing and payment schedules are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, payments are non-refundable for work already completed. Refund policies for deposits and milestone payments are outlined in each project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

KranqLabs provides services and deliverables with professional care and diligence. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or ranking improvements from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
